Self-Pay Therapy Rates
Diagnostic Assessment (60-75 mins) - $125
Individual Therapy (45-55 mins) - $90
Brief Therapy (30 mins) - $50
Family Therapy (60 mins) - $140
Couples Counseling (60 mins) - $140 *Not covered by insurance

Insurance
We are currently in network for BCBSNC, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford. For all other insurance panels, we would be considered out of network, but are able to provide you with a “superbill” to file claims for possible reimbursement by your insurance company.
Supervision Rates
We offer some of the best supervision and consultation rates in the state at just $75 per session.
